Electronic Warfare is an area that traditionally has been shrouded in secrecy. If one searches for books covering the topic one won’t find very many titles. This is per definition a military field involving the use of electromagnetic energy to determine, exploit, reduce or prevent hostile use of the electromagnetic spectrum. Is it necessary to have electronic warfare equipment or is it better to spend the money on other types of weapons? In a modern war, electronic warfare equipment is the soldier’s shield. It protects not only against known dangers but can, if it is efficient enough, also protect against new, unknown threats. BitSim has a background in the electronic warfare area developing Radar and Radio equipment, managing the tough requirements for EMC and Tempest standards.
Some projects are:
an Ultra High-Speed Acquisition Board (UHAB) for radar, sonar or general Data Acquisition
signal processing board with a large and extremely fast, FFT-algorithm (Fast Fourier Transform) with high resolution
digital receiver development
long experience in the usage of Direction Finder algorithms.
Our solutions are used in embedded systems for Radio Communication, Electronic Warfare Systems, Encryption Systems and Systems for Secure Communication.
