FLIR Systems' and BitSim's engineers have been working together in the development of a design for video including infrared and standard video streams. The development consisted of system design, block design, and verification of VHDL blocks for video conversion, filtering, video connection interfaces, LCD screens, and Firewire. “BitSim's engineers, with their experience of video applications and system verification, have been strongly instrumental in the successful result”, says Anders Frykberg, FLIR FPGA development team leader.
